Upgrades a Partner Messaging release 1 or 6 to the new Release 7.0 Partner Messaging.
Partner Messaging comes equipped with 100 hours of storage and can grow to 6 ports. It is a self-enclosed module which slides into Partner Plus (Release 3.1 and higher), and Partner II KSUs (Release 3.1 and higher), and Partner ACS (Release 1 and higher) 5-slot Carriers.
