Returns and Warranties Policy

Products purchased at TelephoneSystemsForBusiness.com may be returned within 30 days from the date the product(s) were purchased. All cordless telephones may be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase. Credit will not be issued after the 30 day period, or the 15 day period for cordless telephones. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all regular products, and a 25% restocking fee for cordless telephones. TelephoneSystemsForBusiness.com will not pay for shipping charges on any return items. Batteries and System manuals are not returnable. Make sure you select the proper batteries or manuals before you order.

Defective/Damaged Equipment

We will replace any defective equipment within 30 days of your order (15 days for cordless telephones).

Warranty Policy

TelephoneSystemsForBusiness.com provides a 1 year warranty from the time of purchase on all of our equipment. We provide a six month warranty from the time of purchase on cordless telephones. The warranty excludes batteries and manuals.
